APPLICABILITY OF THE AGREEMENT:

This agreement (“user agreement”) incorporates the terms and conditions for International Educational Applied Research Journal and its affiliate Companies (“M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal”) to provide scholarly publishing and editorial services to the person (s) (“the User”) intending to submit manuscripts or inquiring for International Educational Applied Research Journal any academic services of M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal by using M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal websites or using any other customer interface channels of M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal which includes its sales persons, offices, call centers, advertisements, information campaigns etc.

Both User and M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal are individually referred as party to the agreement and collective referred to as parties.

USERS RESPONSIBILITY OF COGNIZANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT:

The Users availing services from M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal for all purposes, and shall be binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User and/or M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal with respect to any services to be provided by M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User shall be required to read and accept the relevant TOS for the service/ product availed by the User.

Additionally, the Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers fare rules, contract of carriage or other rules.

M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal Services are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS, as may be applicable from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the Services by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the User must not avail M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal Services.

In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any other M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal document, then these terms shall control.

THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

By using the Account Access service in M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal websites, the User authorizes M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal and its agents to access third party sites, including that of Banks and other payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information.

M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal reserves the right to charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) for manuscript submissions, as well as transaction fees based on completed publication services using the services. M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.

In case, there is a short charging by M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.

Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.

In the rare possibilities of the manuscript submission not being accepted for publication for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. M/s International Educational Applied Research Journal is not under any obligation to make another submission in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further submissions will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.

Copyright Ownership: All author(s) whose papers are accepted will retain the copyright of their respective papers. The author(s) grant M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal a non-exclusive license to publish the article as the original publisher.

Open Access Statement: This is an open-access journal, which means that all content is available for free without charge to the user or their institution.

User Rights: Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Licensing: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as they credit the original author(s) for the creation.

No “All Rights Reserved”: No “All Rights Reserved” terms apply to the published research content, as they are inconsistent with the journal’s open-access policy.

Embargo Policy: There is no embargo period. The full text of all articles is available for free and open access immediately upon publication.

The paper cannot be withdrawn normally, however in certain exceptional cases we may consider the withdrawal if we come to a conclusion that there are major scientific errors in the paper  or ethical concerns have been raised. The withdrawal will not attract any extra charges.

The peer review proceed normally takes up to 45 days from the date of submission of the paper.

Accepted papers will not be sent by other journals / conferences authors / not associated with M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal media. If you find another M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal may claim against the person concerned only if duplicate submissions (sending the same paper to two journals at once), which is an ethical violation.

The author must be sent to all the time supported file specified. Given time may be extended (up to 05 days) after the approval of the editor.

Issue fee is fixed and it is determined by the members board of members. There is no exemption, unless the editor / deputy editor. There are common guidelines for all authors.

REFUND POLICY

Only Wrongly deposit money or extra deposit money will return back within 03 weeks if respective candidate inform us within 02 days after the date of money deposit or transaction but once paper/ article is published with respective Volume/ Issue, the publication fee will not return or reverse back to the author. The refund will be process into the same card / net banking account uses at the time of online payment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any information which is specifically mentioned by M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal as Confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the user and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this agreement and the obligations of both the parties therein.

USAGE OF THE MOBILE NUMBER OF THE USER BY M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal

M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal may send for acknowledgement, manuscript status updates, submission confirmation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction, via SMS or by voice call on the contact number given by the User at the time of submission; M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal may also contact the User by voice call, SMS or email in case the User couldn’t or hasn’t concluded the submission, for any reason what so ever, to know the preference of the User for concluding the submission and also to help the User for the same. The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS and/ or voice call by M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal is (a) upon the request and authorization of the User, (b) transactional and not an unsolicited commercial communication as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The User will indemnify M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal against all types of losses and damages incurred by M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant raised by the User on M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal with respect to the intimations mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.

ONUS OF THE USER

If M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of submissions may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its customers or refund the submission amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The user agrees that M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal being an agent for facilitating the submission services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.

The User agrees that in situations due to any technical or other failure in M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve substantial modification. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.

The headings and subheadings herein are included for convenience and identification only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of this agreement, terms and conditions, notices, or the right to use this website by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of M/S International Educational Applied Research Journal Websites or its partner websites or any provision hereof in any manner whatsoever.
